Pool builders

Marketing for Texas pool builders.

Most marketing folks have never priced a dig, a shell, or a change order. I market pool companies the way an owner would — because I am one.

Owner to owner

I’m a part-owner in a pool construction company here in Seguin — so I pay for leads with my own money too. I know what a $75,000 job is worth because I chase them myself.

What I run for a pool company.

A site that sells the build

A hand-built site you own outright — code, content, all of it. Pool shoppers make up their mind on your gallery and your story before they ever call. The site’s job is to make you the obvious first call.

Your Google presence

When somebody in your county searches for a pool builder, you need to show up and look like the established outfit you are. I handle the search presence, the business profile, and the pages that earn those rankings.

The Sunday check

Every Sunday I check how you’re showing up on Google, and you get the email. Not a quarterly report — a standing habit, in plain English.

Ads, when you’re ready

On the Growth plan, Google Ads get managed and checked every weekday morning — not once a month. Pool jobs are too expensive to let a set-and-forget campaign spend your money.

I also market the builder trades your customers come from — TKG Custom Homes ranks #1 for “custom home builders near me.”

Google position verified July 2026. If I can’t verify a number, I don’t publish it.

Questions pool builders ask me.

What should I budget for Google Ads?

Honest answer in two parts. Ads management lives on my Growth plan at $1,800 a month — Google Ads managed and checked every weekday morning, not once a month. Your actual ad spend is separate: it goes straight to Google, in an account you own, and you set the number. I won’t pretend there’s one right budget for every market.

What does the base plan cost?

Foundation is $800 a month — Your website and your Google presence, handled. That includes a hand-built site you own outright and a check every Sunday on how you’re showing up on Google, with the email to prove it. No setup fee. Month-to-month — no contracts.

Do you take competing pool companies?

One pool company per market. And since I’m a part-owner in one here in Seguin, that rule is enforced by my own money, not just my word.

Do I own the site and the ad account?

Yes. You own everything: code, content, and ad accounts. If we ever part ways, all of it goes with you.
