Hey, I'm Ryan.
I worked corporate for 15 years and watched agencies launch local websites then disappear. Back in Seguin now, building a way that actually keeps working.
I'm a product designer who got tired of building things that only mattered in conference rooms. I also got tired of watching local businesses pay agencies five figures for websites that stopped working the day they launched.
For 15 years, I designed digital experiences for companies that didn't serve where I live. I learned to build fast, beautiful, conversion-optimized work at scale. Then I moved back home and saw what Hill Country businesses were stuck with: restaurants invisible on Google, contractors unable to show their work online, six-figure operations running on sites built in 2005.
The gap between what I knew how to deliver and what my neighbors got was too big to ignore.
So I started RJ Digital. One person. Actual access to the founder. Work that keeps running instead of getting handed off at launch and forgotten.

When you need something changed, you text me. I usually respond the same day. No help desk, no ticket system.

I'm 10 minutes away, not in an Austin office park. When you have a question, I'm available. When you want to meet, I'll come to you.

Seguin Digital is where RJ Digital does its community work. Free resources for Hill Country businesses who want to do more online without getting pitched five figures by an agency: website checklists, Google Business Profile setup guides, plain-English SEO. Nothing behind paywalls. I built it because this community deserves information that actually helps, not lead magnets designed to funnel you into a retainer you don't need yet.
