Meet Ryan.
I spent 15 years building software for construction companies. Now I build websites and run marketing for Texas trades, from my home base in Seguin.
For 15 years I built software for construction companies: the tools builders, subs, and field crews actually run their jobs on. I learned what good software looks like from the people who have the least patience for bad software.
I'm a part-owner in a pool construction company here in Seguin, so I pay for leads with my own money too. I know what a $75,000 job is worth because I chase them myself. When I tell you a website or an ad account needs fixing, it's the same call I make with my own dollars on the line.
Then I came back home to Seguin. And I kept seeing the same thing: good businesses (the kind with real work, real crews, and twenty years of word-of-mouth) stuck with websites that don't show up on Google and agencies that don't show up at all. The gap between what I knew how to build and what my neighbors were getting was too big to ignore. So I started RJ Digital. Along the way I also put up Seguin Digital, a free plain-English resource site for local businesses, because some of this stuff shouldn't cost anything.
I'm not interested in building someone a website and disappearing. If we start working together, I'm still in there a year later, watching what moved and telling you straight when something didn't.

How I work
Modern software does the overnight grunt work. I personally review and sign off on everything before it reaches you.
That's the whole model. The tools watch your rankings, watch how AI describes you, draft the content, and flag what changed while you and I are both asleep. Then I read it, check it against your business, and decide what actually ships. You get one person who knows your account, not a help desk, not a hand-off.

You own everything
The code, the content, the analytics, the ad accounts. If you ever want to move your site somewhere else, you have full access and can leave with it intact. No vendor lock-in.
You text me directly
When you need something changed, you text me, the person who does the work. I reply within 24 hours, usually same day. No help desk, no ticket system.
I stay local
I'm 10 minutes away, not in an Austin office park. When you have a question, I'm available. When you want to meet, I'll come to you.
I stick around
The website is where we start. Every month I'm still writing, still checking where you rank, still watching what AI says about you, and I tell you what moved and what didn't.
