What does “voice-matched” actually mean?
It means your content is written from a voice profile we build during our one-time interview with you. We capture your phrases, your stories, the way you describe your work, the tone you use with customers. Then every post is written against that profile. The goal is that someone reading your feed should believe a real person wrote it — because they did, just with us as the editor.
Why don’t you charge a setup fee?
Because every other social media agency does, and most of them never deliver what the setup fee was supposed to cover. The voice interview, the brand profile, the portal onboarding — we’ve rolled it all into month one. If we’re not delivering value, you walk. That keeps us sharp.
What’s the difference between standalone and bundled?
Nothing about the social product itself — same posts, same portal, same reports. The bundled price is $150/month cheaper because you’re already a website client (Starter, Growth, or Premium). Standalone is for businesses who already have a website they like and just want the social media handled right.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Month-to-month after a 3-month minimum. No long-term lock-in. Cancel with 30 days notice. We don’t need to trap you — if the work is good, you’ll stay.
Which platforms do you cover?
Facebook and Instagram are included in both plans. We focus there because that’s where Hill Country businesses actually reach customers. Additional platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, X) can be added — ask and I’ll quote it.
How fast do you turn around edit requests?
Same business day for small edits (typos, line tweaks, swaps). 24 hours for full rewrites. If something is urgent — a same-day post about an event or news — text me directly.
